We are working hard to extend our shipping worldwide. All shipments outside North America will be shipped the most economical way to our customer. In the meantime, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any inquiries.
Your order will ship within 1-3 business days, provided all items are in stock. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number. Orders can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Who do we ship with?
All orders are shipped via Expedited Post through Canada Post in Canada and Federal Express in the United States with tracking links sent to you, unless otherwise specified. If you refuse any shipment or do not pick up your shipment and it is returned to us, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and any applicable customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Sales Taxes + Duties
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian and US customers. Taxes are based on the province/territory/state where the items are being shipped. Shipments to US from Canada are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.
Of course we believe you’ll be completely satisfied with your DigIt® product, but if you want to return a product or make an exchange for a different size or colour, we’ve made it easy. Our return policy is in effect for 30 days from the receipt of your purchase. During that time, we are happy to refund your payment (less shipping and handling) or exchange your item.
DigIt products purchased at one of our retailer partners should be returned to the store where purchased and are subject to that retailers return policy.
We will refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling, in the original form of payment. Returned items must be unused/unworn, in the original packaging, and must include your sales receipt. Write the reason for return on your receipt and package your item and take it to your preferred courier. To exchange your DigIt product, please tell us the size, colour or product that you’d like to receive (write it on your sales receipt) and we’ll send you your new item with no further shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed in the same payment method that was used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made on Gift Cards or by PayPal. Gift Cards and clearance items are final sale and are non-refundable.
